TERMS

       

 

CONDITIONS ON  BOOKING RENTALS

 

1. All bookings are accepted by Marrelos and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hire and all persons in the party. Bookings can be made by either telephone, fax, email or from the website and would be deemed to be accepted by us provided payment is made.

 

2. CONFIRMATION - Your booking is only confirmed on receipt

of your deposit of 25%

 

3. PAYMENT - Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 25% of the total rental is required and the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to holiday. Confirmation will be sent stating the balance due date. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear eight weeks prior to the hire commencement date, If your booking is made eight weeks or less before hire commencement date it must be accompanied by full payment. If we do not receive the balance by the eighth week prior to your rental, we shall automatically be entitled to cancel the booking without further prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, (paragraph 4)

 

4. CANCELLATION BY HIRE - All cancellations of booking must be in writing and notified no later than six clear weeks prior to renta1 period. If cancellation is prior to this deadline the deposit only will be forfeited.  If cancellation is less than six weeks six clear weeks before departure, the full hire cost is to be paid as laid down in (paragraph 3)

 

5. AMENDMENT CHARGES - In the event you wish to alter details of a fully confirmed booking, within the six week period, there will be an amendment charge of £25.00 in addition to the increase if any in the cost of the revised arrangements. All alterations must be sent to Louis Mathew Properties either by writing, fax or e-mail

 

6. OCCUPANCY - Only the persons listed on the booking form may occupy the villa/apt. The villa/apt cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party. Pets are not allowed, we generally do not accept animals at any of our properties, there are some exceptions so please enquire

 

7. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Keys are to be collected from the NERJA CLUB HOTEL (instructions of direction of key collection will be given once payment is received). The villa/apt will be available for occupation from 16.00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00hrs on the day of departure. Booking periods run from Saturday to Saturday. However during the winter weeks we are flexible, please enquire

8. ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATION BY US - In the unlikely event that a villa/apt becomes unavailable, due to circumstances beyond the control of  Marrelos then the hire will be offered alternative accommodation or a full refund. In the event that no suitable accommodation can be offered then a full refund of the villa/apt rental will be refunded, any refund is restricted to villa/apt hire cost and we are not liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements etc

9. RESPONSIBILITIES - Neither Marrelos or the owner can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any public service supply building works in surrounding area resulting to noise. The hire responsible for booking undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would endanger the policy of the villa/apt owners insurers in respect of the villa/apt and its contents which might make the same void or avoidable

10. INJURY AND DAMAGE - Injury and damage Marrelos acts as booking agent on behalf of the owners of the properties and we do not have any responsibility to compensate you for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of what ever nature suffered by you (or any other member of your party) during the booking period

11. DAMAGE TO VILLA/APT - Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the villa/apt, or its contents, which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the villa/apt or their guests. Such damage must be reported, without delay, to Marrelos directly. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid for

12. COMPLAINTS - In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the villa/apt or its contents whist on holiday, it must be reported immediately to Marrelos who will take all reasonable steps to resolve the matter. Neither Marrelos or the owner shall any liability for any complaint submitted after the completion of the hire period

13. INFORMATION - All bedroom linen, bath and hand towels are provided, which are not to be taken out of the property. You will have to bring your own towels for the pool and beach, all properties are equipped with iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, electric kettles, toaster, micro waves, and washing machines. MOST COMMUNAL SWIMMING CLOSES FROM OCTOBER UNTIL

MAY DEPENDING ON THE COMMUNITY RULES AND WEATHER

MAY YOU ALL HAVE A VERY, RELAXING AND GLORIOUS HOLIDAY.
